The Learning Hook has worked on many projects for social good over the years. We have created many custom elearning solutions for different clients, especially in the area of mental health at work, occupational violence, trauma informed frameworks and building resilience. All these topics ultimately build more mentally healthy teams. Seeing the potential for positive impact and also in our pro bono work for charities, we decided we wanted to do more.
With a belief that we all want to be part of a supportive team, have a purpose that excites us, and have the opportunity to grow, Graeme Cowan (best-selling author, speaker and founding board member of R U OK?) and Brenden Carter (Founder and Creative Director of The Learning Hook) started WeCARE365.
WeCARE365 offers a range of programs to support businesses large and small. All of them are easily customised and can be hosted by us or rolled out on your own Learning Management System (LMS).
- WeCARE Manager, designed to develop all your managers using elearning, spaced learning, nudge videos and many job aids, help sheets and scenario based learning
- WeCARE (for all), designed for all staff and to compliment the manager program, using elearning, job aids, help sheets and just in time support tools
- WeCARE Psych Safety is a follow up program for managers, introducing Psychological Safety, and providing activities within the elearning for managers to build their own Psychological Safety Plan
There’s of course much more than this to our programs, including access to our WeCARE Momentum Hub, an online portal we designed to make launching our programs easy. A program’s launch and maintaining the moment after the launch is critical to making an impact. Recognising how busy our clients are, we designed the Momentum Hub to help. It’s chock full of ideas and assets to use to maintain the momentum of your training for the first year and beyond.
